TIGER BASEBALL BOOSTERS

Parental involvement during the elementary and high school years has long been recognized as significantly contributing to the student's positive educational experience. That experience includes the student's participation in the school's interscholastic sports program.  Most interscholastic sports programs in the School District make good use of this resource in the operation of a successful sports program.  And Tiger Nation Baseball is no different.  The Baseball Boosters have long been a valued participant in the Heights Baseball Program.  Leading that tradition this year are the officers of the Baseball Boosters:

VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The New Year brings the Baseball Program and the Boosters its best opportunity to raise significant funds for the Boosters account.  For 2022 the moneys raised will be used to help pay for the team's  bus transportation to Cocoa Beach, FL at the end of March to start the scrimmage part of its schedule.  The players and any parental and friend volunteers

will earn moneys by assembling plastic-surfaced volleyball courts at the Cleveland Convention Center for the annual Rock N' Rumble Volleyball Tournament to be held there in the middle of the January.  Three nights later, after the TouBrnament finishes, we then break down the courts.  This is an event for players. coaches, parents and any family members and friends who want to join the players.  Coach Mugridge emphasizes that this is an all-in event for players.

  Like many school athletic programs, the Heights Tiger Nation sports programs rely on the support of family and friends of our students to assist with providing the small "extras" that make the programs special for our students. Booster organizations like Heights Baseball Boosters operate with that kind of dedication to providing the "extras" for their chosen sport. This dedication includes soliciting cash donations for "extras"  such as the baseball teams' bi-annual trip to Florida for spring training and the start of their baseball season.  Your monetary contribution to the Tiger Nation Baseball Program helps make the trip a reality. The coaches, players and their families all thank you for any contribution to the Baseball Program that you can make.
